It’s Not About an Idea It’s About Making an Idea Happen

"Ideas are worthless if you can't make them happen."
Generating new ideas is easy, it's executing that is hard. Whether it's an everyday problem or a bold new concept, you must transform vision into reality for an idea to have value.
Although the successful execution of an idea is essential for it to become reality.

Most ideas never happen. The seed of each idea is an ephemeral, brilliant, little thought about something, that comes and goes as soon as your day to day grind—an email, a phone call, whatever—comes to distract you away from it.

Other times, the idea is followed by a period of time in which you are really excited about it but again; the routine comes back to undermine your excitement and the idea is forgotten over time.
The truly sad thing about this is that you will never know if any of these ideas would have changed the world we live in, even if only a little bit.
its-not-about-an-idea-its-about-making-an-idea-happen
its-not-about-an-idea-its-about-making-an-idea-happen

So what can you do to turn an idea into reality?
  1. Capture:At the moment you have an idea, write it down somewhere where you absolutely know you are coming back to regularly. You can use a simple notebook to write and develop your ideas.
  2. Get organized:Getting organized provides a competitive advantage in today’s marketplace. You should implement a personal organization system. People who do not organize their tasks, calendar, meetings, etc. have a much higher chance of failing to implement their ideas. Mainly because they live in a reactive mode rather than being proactive. Take your time to think deeply about your idea and write the next actions you need to carry out. Be sure to keep any additional material that’s relevant to your idea.
  3. Share:Share your idea with your team, your clients, or people in your immediate environment. To carry out an idea you need different kind of people: those who think and those who do. Any assistance and support you can receive is welcome. Furthermore, by making your idea public you create a strong internal commitment to see it through to fruition.
  4. Execute:Perform and complete all necessary tasks and make sure there are always next action steps in your system. Capture any other ideas you have while working. Do not let your idea fade away, and periodically review how its implementation is progressing.
  5. Lead:Leading means infecting others with your enthusiasm and encouraging them to give the best of themselves to make the idea happen. It also means having the initiative, confidence and courage necessary to press on.

How Easy is to become a Millionaire

Are you currently stuck, spinning your wheels and wondering exactly about how to become a Millionaire?
What if I told you that to become a Millionaire really quite simple (note: I didn’t say it was easy) but it is only possible by "Network Marketing" and by Implementing these some strategies into your routine can help you to see real results and real income from your business.

how-easy-is-to-become-a-millionaire

Spoiler Alert: Lasting, overnight success does not exist!

#1 Expand Your Network
One of the number one complaints I hear from network marketers is this: “I just don’t have enough people to talk to.” On the surface, this sounds silly! After all, people are everywhere. But believe me… I used to be in the same boat! When I started my business. I was shy, quiet, and terrified to talk to the people I knew about my business. In order to succeed, I had to identify the kind of people I would most like to work with, and then consciously work to meet more of those people!
In 2006, Facebook was still only open to college students, and wasn’t yet being used as a business building tool. Twitter was in its infancy, and Instagram did not exist yet! I had to expand my network through good old fashioned belly-to-belly networking, and I had to get over my fears fast!
Today, it’s much easier because of social media. You can easily expand your network by committing to meeting 10 new people a day on Facebook. You can do this in about an hour through Facebook groups, commenting/engaging on others’ posts, and reaching out to those you connect with through friend requests and messenger. The best part is, this won’t cost you a dime in advertising!

"BECOME THE PERSON WHOSE POSTS PEOPLE LOOK FORWARD TO READING EACH DAY"

#2 Connect with 5 People Every Day

Every day I see people pitch-pitch-pitching their network marketing product or opportunity to people on Facebook. Heck, I used to be one of those people! Then I learned a better way! Rather than pitching, offer VALUE. People get on social media to be educated, entertained and informed… not sold! Share your business on social media by sharing your lifestyle. Become the person whose posts people look forward to reading each day! Then, connect with people privately through messenger.
When you become the person who’s posts people like to see, then back those posts up with genuine, heartfelt communication, you can naturally fit your product or business into your conversation. So be genuine! Don’t just drop a link.
The normal kind of conversations you used to have BEFORE you became a network marketer! And then…

#3 Follow Up on 3 Conversations a Day

A day or two later, it might be appropriate for you to reach back out to person and say: “Hey, I’ve been thinking about what you said the other day… about how you wish you could go back to Florida every year. My home business is helping me set aside a little extra income each month to save for a big annual family vacation, and I’d love to share with you how I’m doing that, and how you could maybe do that too. If I sent you some information about it, would you be open to learning more?”
Some of your other follow-ups for the day might be to people who’ve already agreed to look at your business presentation, or who have tried a sample, or who may be interested in joining your customer program. I’m not saying that 3 out of every 5 conversations you have on Facebook will lead to an invite, but as you get better at asking questions and genuinely listening, almost everyone will express a want or a need that your business opportunity can help with! These are the people you reach back out to at a later time!
It is a big commitment, but network marketing can be a very lucrative career.
Many people are scared away from network marketing, also known as multi-level marketing (MLM), because of all the myths and misunderstanding about this type of business. Part of negativity comes from reported low MLM success rates. Success comes from doing the work to build it.

1) Brush Up on the Realities of MLMs

Any great feat requires knowledge and action.

2) Find a Company With A Product You Love

Do your MLM research and partner with a company that has a product you can get excited about. Don't forget to look into the company's compensation plan before you join and make sure it is favorable to you.

3) Be Genuine and Ethical

Good business conduct will ensure that your customers and recruits don't feel duped, and as a result, will stick with you.

4) Don’t Barrage Your Friends and Family

There's nothing wrong with letting them know what you're doing and seeing if they have an interest, but if the answer is "no," let it go.

5) Identify Your Target Market

you're going to have greater success and efficiency if you identify your target market and focus your marketing efforts at them. Someone who doesn't care about vitamins or health and wellness isn't a good person to pester about your business.

6) Make an Effort to Share Your Product//Business Plan Everyday

your target market is the key to generating new customers and recruits. Some ideas include sharing a product sample, inviting a neighbor to host a product party, or starting a website or social media account.

7) Sponsor, Don’t Recruit

being a leader and trainer. The focus is on the success of heartline,  you help them in the business, not on you. That means you need to take time to train them, answer questions, celebrate their successes, and be a support when things are tough.

8) Set a Goal for Parties or Presentations

determine how many people you need to show your products or business to reach your goals in the time you want. Doing so will ensure you grow your business rather than just sustain it.

9) Listen and Sell the Solution

Sales is all about being a solution to what a customer needs.
10) Learn How to Market
MLM often stick to the three-foot rule (everyone within 3-feet of you is a prospect) and other traditional marketing tactics.
11) Stand Out from Other Distributors
you need to do something that makes you unique compared to everyone else. Give people a reason to choose you over other reps.

12) Develop a System for Following Up

If someone tells you no, but there was something in the dialogue that suggested they might be interested in the future, ask if you can put them on your mailing or email list, or if you can call in six months to follow up. Many will give you their email or phone number just because they want to be nice.
Even so, use your calendar or contact system to remind you when to call.

Keep the same things in mind as when you wanted to be succeed in Network Marketing business
# To succeed, you need to be willing to listen and learn from mentors. The way this industry is structured, it's in the best interests of the [MLM veterans in your company] to help you succeed, so they're willing to teach you the system So #Practice what they teach

# You should be able to relate to [the people in your upline] and be able to call them at any time to say "I need some help." How much support there is from the people above you in the company is very important. #The higher-ups.

# You should be prepared to spend at least 30 days helping a new person come into the industry--training them, supporting them and holding their hand until they feel confident to be able to go off on their own. You really need to ask yourself, are you willing to do that? Are you able to do that? This is really about long-term relationship building. It's not about just bringing people into the business and just moving forward. It's about working with these people and helping them to develop relationships #Take up the lead with your downline

# Automation on the internet has allowed a much more consistent method of following up #On the net

What are your write-offs?It's important to set up a [support] team around you. I'd suggest seeking out lawyers who deal in network marketing, so they're very versed in all the laws and how that affects your business #Taking care of business

Never leave your full-time position unless you're absolutely certain that the income that's coming in with this company is going to be there. [Be sure that] you've been with the company [for awhile] and that you know it's a stable company, and the income that you're earning is equal to or greater than the income you're earning from your job before quitting #Don't quit your day job...yet

You Care for Money, Money will Care for You

MONEY, the most important entity around which the whole world revolves round and round.

Very Impressive definition of Money I found 👇
"Money is a paper which found no dustbin in this entire world! With out which living in this cosmopolitan world is difficult since for everything Money is required except mother love and father guidance."

We all know what Money is; Money is any form of paper or metal that can be used in exchange for buying products or getting a service.

You Care for Money, Money will Care for You

Money and Honey are life for so many.

They are not something to speak on, but to earn and safeguard continuously in our lives. Everything in our real world is secondary to Money, and there is no doubt about it.

Study of money as a science/mathematics brings us to the subjects of economics and finance.  "Artha Sastra" is written by the famous Chanakya (Kautilya, Vishnu Gupta) before Christian Era.  It deals with all aspects of wealth in politics and economics.

Let us ask ourselves how it came in to our lives?

Money was originally invented by the man as a common denomination. Long ago, it was introduced mainly for trade and exchange of goods (and services)  and to save the earnings in the form of money.  That was the Barter system.  In the old days, money was secondary to the ethical and moral values in the society.  But not now.

Nowadays everything boils down to money:

But as the time progressed, the value of money increased tremendously and the value of the human being decreased in comparison to money. We need money for buying food and for arranging basic amenities. We need more money for living comfortably. We need to earn even more money to live luxuriously.

But, there is one catch. Money is often, the seed of money, That is, you can earn more money only if you have money.  Taking a loan is one way people get the initial seed.  We need to earn more money for saving for the safety of ours and of our family members in the future against any calamity.  When we have money, people give us respect in the society.

A man without money is like a bow without arrows.

In Hindu mythology money is symbolized as Goddess Lakshmi. People worship Her with due respect and care. Kuber is the God in charge of money.  In other religions too there is a God for money and wealth.

Money has changed its form into plastic cards (credit/debit) and Internet secure accounts.

Nowadays, as there are many NRIs abroad and many Indian visits abroad, the importance of Dollar and foreign currencies is growing.  Indian market and Rupee is being driven and affected a lot by foreign markets and foreign currencies.

Recently China has affected many currencies.  We get about Rs 68 for 1 US Dollar.  At the time of independence, 1 Rupee was equivalent to one US Dollar.  Often, Indian Rupee is devalued to favour exporters.  But it affects badly on other fronts.  Value of Indian Rupee denotes the stability and strength of Indian economy, production and capabilities.

"Money (currency notes and coins) are printed by the government press controlled by the Reserve Bank of India.  Black money is the amount earned without declaring the sources of Income and not paying the concerned tax for that amount to the government."

The value of metal used to print the coins indicates the economic strength of the nation. High domestic productivity, large amount of exports and small amounts of imports increase the value of our money.

Value of currency perhaps decreases in future, things may become costlier.  So it is imperative that we learn to earn more and/or save more.  There are many films in all languages that tell us the importance of money, the good and the bad.

One must save the money earned in multiple assets, like residential houses, plots, deposits, industries, investments etc.  That is for a secure future in case of adversities.

Unfortunately, even the richest person seems to be not content with amount he/she has. He/she will want more.  So we must exercise caution not to be greedy beyond limits.

It is important that we earn money and save money too. Earning money in illegal ways can be dangerous in future.

We never know the worth of water (money) until the well (our purse) is dry (empty).  So earn money honestly and live happily.  Easily said than done, money is not so easy to earn and protect.  We need to be careful and caring in today's ever cost-increasing world.

Are You Ready to Put Your Dream to the Test ?

So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.
Are you ready to take the test?
Pick ONE of your dreams. Got it?
Are You Ready to Put Your Dream to the Test ?

Now answer 10 questions to determine if the odds are in your favor.
1.  Is my dream really my dream?
If you want to achieve your dream, you must “own” it. It must be yours, not your parents’, teachers’, or anyone else’s. If the achievement of a dream is not of great importance to You, it’s unlikely that you will do what’s required to accomplish it.
2.  Do I clearly see my dream?
What does it look like? The more specific you are on what your dream looks like, the more likely you will be to achieve it. This is one of the reasons I encourage people to cut out images of their “big” goals and dreams, create a collage, and look at it regularly. At first you may only see a piece of your dream; but each day as you move closer, the clearer it will become.
3.  Am I depending on things within my control?
This is when you have to be honest with yourself and determine if reaching your dream is within your control. Are you depending on others? If so, who? Do you have the talent, skill or ability to make it come true? If not, can you develop what you are lacking?
4.  Do I have the energy to achieve it?
This is the passion question. Think of your last great accomplishment. How much energy did it require of you? Is your dream important enough to you that you will put forth the energy necessary over the time period required?
5.  Do I have a strategy?
I see very few people who take the time to put together a “real” plan to reach their goals. I am often left in wondering, “How do you think you can achieve your goal without putting together a plan?” A plan outlines the things you must do in a prioritized sequence to achieve your desired outcome.
6.  Who do I have around me that can help me?
“A nightmare is a big dream with a bad team.”
Who’s on your team to support, encourage, and help you? If you don’t have the right people on your team, identify people you admire and respect; then determine how they can help you.
7.  Am I willing to pay the price?
This is when you have a gut check and ask yourself, “Am I willing to do what is required of me to see my dream come true?” The bigger your dream, the more it will require of you. Are you willing to put forth the effort, overcome the obstacles, and deal with the disappointments that you will face on your journey.
8.  Am I moving closer?
This is the tenacity question. Am I closer to reaching my dream today than I was yesterday? Was I closer yesterday than the day before? Look at your “To Do” lists over the last week and identify the steps you have taken toward your dream.
9.  Does working toward my dream bring satisfaction?
If you are not growing and developing yourself in the pursuit of your dream, it may be time to identify a new one. Your journey must be fulfilling.
10.  Does my dream benefit others?
If so, Who? Why? If your dream is all about your selfish desires, it’s unlikely that it will ever be realized. Zig Ziglar said, “When you help enough other people get what they want, you will have everything you want.”
How many times did you answer, “Yes”? The more yeses you answered, the more on target you are to achieve your dream. Each of you has the capability to visualize a dream—one that is rewarding and beneficial—and most of you have the ability to accomplish it.
So, what are the odds of achieving your dream?
If they’re not high, what can you do to increase your odds?
Do you need to put together a plan?
Do you need to re-evaluate your commitment?
Do you need a new support team?
“Only as high as I reach can I grow, only as far as I seek can I go, only as deep as I look can I see, only as much as I dream can I be.”
Let me encourage you to print this lesson and ask yourself these ten questions with every dream or goal you consider. Since we can’t reasonably pursue everything we desire, we need to be wise and focus only on the things that pass the test.
Dreams come from hidden desires and possibilities. Everyone has dreams that occupy their minds, but it takes determination, a practical plan, and consistent effort to achieve them. Pursue your dream; begin today.
